1. Business Description
RegionSteam provides digital account setup and delivery services for newly created, blank gaming platform accounts.
Our products are newly registered digital user accounts that are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, the accounts we provide:
- are newly created and unused;
- are Level 0 accounts;
- do not include games, paid licenses, wallet balances, subscriptions, skins, inventory items, stored payment methods, or any previously owned digital assets;
- are not hacked, stolen, recovered, compromised, or pre-owned accounts;
- are delivered digitally through email, customer dashboard, or another secure delivery method.
RegionSteam does not sell Steam games, Steam product keys, Steam Wallet funds, game licenses, subscriptions, in-game items, skins, or paid digital content unless expressly stated in a separate product listing.
2. No Affiliation With Valve or Steam
RegionSteam is an independent third-party service provider.
RegionSteam is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected with Valve Corporation, Steam, or any related companies, trademarks, platforms, or services.
All third-party names, logos, brands, trademarks, and product names belong to their respective owners. Any reference to Steam or Valve is used only to describe compatibility, account type, or the relevant third-party platform.
3. Important Third-Party Platform Notice
Customers understand that third-party platforms may have their own terms, policies, account rules, region rules, access restrictions, and enforcement procedures.
RegionSteam does not control Valve, Steam, or any other third-party platform. RegionSteam cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, maintain, support, or continue providing access to any account delivered through our Service.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable third-party terms, including any rules regarding account creation, account use, account transfer, regional access, payment methods, VPN/proxy use, and platform conduct.
If a third-party platform restricts, suspends, locks, terminates, reclaims, or otherwise limits an account due to its own policies, security systems, regional rules, fraud controls, user conduct, or terms enforcement, RegionSteam is not responsible for that third-party action unless the issue was directly caused by our failure to deliver the product as described at the time of purchase.
4. Eligibility
By using RegionSteam, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or you are using the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- your use of the Service is lawful in your country or region;
- you will not use the Service for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, platform manipulation, sanctions evasion, spam, botting, phishing, account recovery abuse, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or any other prohibited activity.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, request additional verification, or restrict access where we believe an order or user account may present legal, compliance, security, fraud, chargeback, or platform-abuse risk.
5. Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before digital delivery. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- the payment method used belongs to you or you are authorized to use it;
- the billing information you provide is accurate;
- you are not making the purchase for fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes;
- you will not initiate a false dispute, false chargeback, or payment reversal after receiving the digital product.
We may cancel or delay any order for fraud prevention, payment verification, stock availability, technical review, sanctions screening, or compliance reasons.
6. Digital Delivery
Products are delivered digitally. Delivery may be instant or manual depending on stock, verification, payment method, fraud checks, and system availability.
Delivery may be made through:

- email;
- order page;
- support ticket;
- another secure digital delivery method.
A product is considered delivered when the account credentials, access details, or relevant digital delivery information have been made available to the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking their email, spam folder, customer dashboard, and support messages after placing an order.
7. Customer Responsibilities After Delivery
After receiving a digital account, the customer is responsible for:
- securing the account;
- changing login credentials where applicable;
- updating recovery information where applicable;
- enabling security features where applicable;
- using the account lawfully and responsibly;
- complying with the rules of any third-party platform used with the account.
Customers must not use any account purchased from RegionSteam to:
- commit fraud or payment abuse;
- bypass sanctions, geographic restrictions, or legal restrictions;
- manipulate regional pricing or platform systems;
- violate third-party platform rules;
- engage in spam, phishing, botting, account farming, scraping, automation abuse, cheating, or marketplace abuse;
- resell the account where such resale is prohibited by applicable rules or third-party terms;
- access paid content without authorization.
8. Product Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to describe each product accurately, including account region, level, included content, and delivery details.
Unless expressly stated on the product page, accounts do not include games, wallet balance, inventory items, skins, subscriptions, stored payment methods, or any paid digital content.
Images, flags, country names, icons, and product labels may be used for descriptive purposes only.
9. No Guarantee of Third-Party Access
RegionSteam guarantees only that we will make reasonable efforts to deliver the digital product described on the order page.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted access to any third-party platform;
- acceptance of the account by any third-party platform;
- future account functionality;
- future platform policy changes;
- continued regional availability;
- future ability to purchase, redeem, trade, gift, or use third-party platform features;
- protection from restrictions, suspensions, locks, reviews, or terminations imposed by a third-party platform.
Third-party platforms may change their rules, enforcement systems, regional policies, identity checks, payment rules, or security procedures at any time.
10. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and are delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered.
A refund or replacement may be considered only if:
- the product was not delivered;
- the delivered account details are invalid at the time of delivery;
- the delivered product materially differs from the product description;
- duplicate payment occurred due to a technical error;
- applicable consumer law requires a refund.
Refunds are not available for:
- buyer's remorse;
- customer mistake;
- failure to read the product description;
- violation of third-party platform rules by the customer;
- third-party platform restrictions, locks, suspensions, reviews, or bans after successful delivery;
- use of VPN, proxy, false billing information, or region manipulation by the customer;
- false chargebacks or payment disputes;
- customer failure to secure the delivered account after delivery.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact RegionSteam support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
Filing a false or abusive chargeback after receiving a digital product may result in account termination, order cancellation, access restriction, collection of evidence for the payment processor, and refusal of future service.
We reserve the right to provide delivery logs, order records, account access records, customer communications, IP logs, fraud-screening information, and other relevant evidence to payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention providers, or legal authorities where necessary to respond to disputes, fraud, abuse, or legal claims.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use RegionSteam or any product purchased from RegionSteam for:
- illegal activity;
- fraud, identity theft, phishing, social engineering, or payment abuse;
- unauthorized access to any system, platform, or account;
- resale where prohibited by applicable rules or third-party terms;
- money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
- gambling, betting, or regulated gaming activity;
- cheating, botting, automation abuse, marketplace manipulation, or platform abuse;
- harassment, hate, abuse, spam, or malicious activity;
- any activity that may expose RegionSteam, our users, our payment partners, or our service providers to legal, regulatory, financial, reputational, or operational risk.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we suspect prohibited use.
13. Verification and Compliance Review
We may request additional information from customers before or after an order, including identity verification, payment verification, billing confirmation, order purpose, or other compliance information.
We may refuse, cancel, delay, or refund any order if:
- payment appears suspicious;
- customer information appears inaccurate;
- the order is high risk;
- the product is unavailable;
- the customer fails verification;
- the order may violate law, platform rules, payment partner rules, or our internal risk policies.
14. Account Registration on RegionSteam
Customers may be required to create a RegionSteam account to place orders, access delivery details, open support tickets, or view order history.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their RegionSteam login credentials. Customers must notify us immediately if they believe their RegionSteam account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate RegionSteam user accounts for fraud, abuse, payment disputes, suspicious behavior, prohibited activity, or violation of these Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on RegionSteam, including website design, text, product descriptions, graphics, branding, layout, and software elements, is owned by RegionSteam or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Third-party trademarks, including Steam and Valve-related names or marks, belong to their respective owners. RegionSteam does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the website without our prior written permission.
16. Service Availability
We aim to keep the website and delivery systems available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time for maintenance, security, compliance, business, legal, or technical reasons.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RegionSteam is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of access, loss of account, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, payment processor action, third-party platform enforcement, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RegionSteam, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your use of the Service;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of law;
- your violation of third-party platform rules;
- your misuse of any delivered product;
- your fraud, abuse, chargeback, or prohibited activity.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to RegionSteam at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created risk for our business, or used the Service in a way that may violate law, payment partner rules, or third-party platform policies.
Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to us under these Terms, applicable law, payment processor rules, or fraud-prevention procedures.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be handled by the Rechtbank Noord-Holland (District Court of North Holland), in the Netherlands, which is the competent court for the district covering Wormer, unless applicable law requires another venue.
